Nicolò Morales
Born in Caltagirone in 1973, Nicolò Morales is a renowned ceramic artist whose work bridges tradition and innovation. Immersed in the craft from a young age, he honed his skills under master artisans before studying at the State Institute of Art, where he gained recognition through exhibitions and competitions. His creations, celebrated both in Italy and internationally, include notable collaborations with architect Ugo La Pietra and designer Paola Lenti, blending ceramics with contemporary design. Morales' works are featured in esteemed collections, including a majolica plate with the papal coat of arms, presented to Pope Benedict XVI and admired by Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone.
