A stainless steel frame customisable in a variety of colours, supports a unique web of padded elements which are upholstered in leftover yardage from the maglia rasata knitted textile. For the Mottainai collection offcuts and remnants, fragments of cords, and selvedges are not considered waste anymore, but materials that still embed a value made of skills, passion, craftwork and beauty. Mottainai loosely translates to "waste not, want not". As a result of this process, while tonally similar across the range, each Miriade Chair is completely unique.
