Avio, designed by Piero Lissoni, is a contemporary and versatile sofa component system which works in any space. Modular and linear, the Avio combines functional and aesthetic poise, playing with the juxtaposition of the lightness of the slim structural framework and the substantial volume of the seats.
An ideal sofa for home and for contract applications, a perfect expression of the stylistic direction set by Florence Knoll. The Avio translates into a versatile system of benches, two or three seater sofas, a chaise lounge, tabletops, in a practically infinite sequences including generous corner compositions.

Options : Metal frame finish available in aluminium or black painted base and bright chrome base. Upholstery available in a range of fabric or Spinneybeck leather
Material : Frame: seats and tables are suspended on a central beam structure made in heavy gauge tubular steel.
Piero Lissoni
Piero Lissoni has a wide-ranging practice including product design, graphic design, interior design, architectural and industrial design. Born in 1956 in Italy he studied architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan in collaboration with the University of Barcelona, before founding his own studio in 1984.
