Tables / Dining / Brutalist Dining Table Outdor

The Brutalist Outdoor Table translates the architectural language of the original indoor design into a form created for outdoor living. Inspired by the structural clarity of Pier Luigi Nervi’s work, it combines bold geometry with a strong sense of materiality. Its sculptural concrete base features an irregular star-shaped form that gives the table a distinctive presence and anchors it within the landscape.

A solid teak top introduces warmth and texture, creating a balanced contrast with the strength of the concrete base. Slatted detailing and chamfered edges soften the overall form while maintaining its architectural character. Available in round and rectangular versions, Brutalist Outdoor brings durability, sculptural presence, and timeless design to both contemporary and classic outdoor settings.

The collaboration between Minotti and Giampiero Tagliaferri kicks off in 2024. Giampiero Tagliaferri weaves a cosmopolitan tapestry of cultural references using inspiration from his two home cities, Milan and Los Angeles, both exerting a profound influence on his singular aesthetic sensibility. His refined interiors and architecture synthesise the dual nature of classic 20th-century Italian design where radical beauty is leavened by restraint, along with the sun-kissed optimism and effortless elegance of pioneering Southern California modernism.

Today, Minotti remains a family-run business, guided by the second and third generations. The brand continues to evolve through creative partnerships with leading international designers such as Giampiero Tagliaferri, Hannes Peer, GamFratesi, Marcio Kogan with Studio MK27, and Japan’s nendo. These collaborations bring fresh perspectives to a modern, global design portfolio.
