Giulietta by Inoda+Sveje is an indoor dining chair defined by a balance of dynamism and formal discipline. It has refined proportions that allow it to sit naturally in dining spaces, where it offers a light, precise, and structurally clear presence suited to everyday use.
The design is based on an inverted U-shaped trestle with a fluid, continuous form. In solid wood, it combines strength with visual lightness and reveals careful joinery. A second version in metal, covered with high-density polyurethane and finished in gloss lacquer, offers a more contemporary expression. The seat is seamlessly integrated into the structure, while a slightly padded backrest ensures comfort during longer meals and gatherings.

Inoda + Sveje
Inoda + Sveje was formed by Osaka born Kyoko Inoda and Danish Nils Sveje in 2000. Their Milan based studio and gallery draws on their respective nations traditions of expert craft, refinement and simplicity. These traditions trace a connection back to the 19th Century Scandinavian infatuation with Japanese design and their meticulous approach towards woodworking. This history is often reflected in Inoda + Sveje’s work with ultimate sophistication, careful detailing and craftsmanship as well as the respect for natural materials that is exemplified through both culture’s design heritage.

This month, @paola_lenti_official hosted a series of workshops at our Sydney and Melbourne showrooms, demonstrating their Chromatic Alphabet to a collection of local architecture and design professionals.
The Chromatic Alphabet displays hundreds of materials from the Paola Lenti library which are the result of more than 30 years of research. This library of texture and colour forms the foundation of the Paola Lenti design language, and is used as a tool to design the space and palette of a project.
The Chromatic Alphabet installation remains on display in our showrooms throughout July, alongside the latest collection from Paola Lenti. You’re welcome to visit and play.
