Designed by Francesco Rota, this shelving unit features a slim steel frame and is available with two or four shelves. The frame is treated for outdoor use, while the unit is also suitable for indoor settings. The shelves are made from moulded porcelain stoneware and come in a range of beautiful glazed colours. They are durable and designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. The frame is finished to match the glazed shelves, creating a cohesive ton-sur-ton look. The Plano series also includes a bench and dining tables.

Francesco Rota
Born in 1966, Francesco Rota has a multi-disciplinary studio in Milano. Studying at the Politecnico di Milano, Rota has collaborated with prestigious brands across various sectors, including his long-standing partnership with Paola Lenti. Over 25 years, their professional relationship evolved into a deep friendship based on mutual respect and shared values, with Rota’s designs shaping the brand’s signature style. Paola Lenti has long admired his ability to seamlessly integrate materials, textures, and modern living concepts, resulting in timeless, human-centered collections.

Paola Lenti’s products are based on a balance of past and present, exterior and interior, tradition and technology. The shapes are kept deliberately simple, the sophistication comes from the colours.
Outdoor Life
On a terrace in Noto, Sicily, the Telar series contributes to the play of light and shadow, reflecting the colours of the surrounding architecture. Woven by hand with Paola Lenti’s signature materials.
