Seating / Dining / Elyne Dining Chair

Elyne by Hannes Peer design is a seating family defined by the balance between structural lightness and enveloping comfort. A thin, gently curved line creates an airy, continuous silhouette that supports softer, more generous volumes. The collection includes armchairs, lounge chairs, dining chairs, benches, and stools, all developed from the same formal structure in different proportions.

The dining chair translates this language into a more compact and essential form. It is available with a wooden frame or a steel rod structure in Black Coffee or Chrome finishes. The backrest flows directly into the armrests, creating continuous support in a single gesture. A carefully proportioned seat cushion adds comfort, highlighted by refined front stitching that reveals the craftsmanship. The result is a dining chair that combines clarity, comfort, and a light architectural presence.

Hannes Peer expertly combines architectural skill with a passion for craftsmanship. Educated at the Politecnico in Milan and the Technical University in Berlin, his experience includes stints at OMA/Rem Koolhaas and Zvi Hecker. In 2009, he founded Hannes Peer Architecture in Milan, where eclecticism, central to his work, merges architecture, history, and technology.

Today, Minotti remains a family-run business, guided by the second and third generations. The brand continues to evolve through creative partnerships with leading international designers such as Giampiero Tagliaferri, Hannes Peer, GamFratesi, Marcio Kogan with Studio MK27, and Japan’s nendo. These collaborations bring fresh perspectives to a modern, global design portfolio.
