The apartment was replanned to make the most of its elevated harbour views and good sun orientation. From the entry direct access is gained to the living area, while a separate passage defines the private area accessing two bedrooms and the bathroom.
All walls are squared up and relined with flush skirtings, track lighting is used directly on the slab ceiling while a new floating timber floor runs throughout. The joinery items are polyurethane lacquered with Calacutta marble tops, items appear to float away from structural walls. Mirrors are used as a device to visually double space and views.
