The intent of the design team was to deconstruct the lant established corporate fitout models and methods of planning which result in extensive closed offices and to substitute these with partitions of varying degrees of transparency. This allows for a high level of spatial diversity and a multitude of workplace settings for staff and clients. An economical kit of parts was developed to form modules which can quickly transform the spaces.
A tenancy which fosters feelings of community and strong team dynamics has been created using an egalitarian distribution of light and aspect whilst avoiding expansive open plan areas. As a result, improved communication and efficiencies between staff has led to increased business effectiveness.
