The award winning Garden House building is a boutique medium-density residential project in Carlton, Victoria

Situated opposite the Royal Carlton Gardens and the world heritage-listed Exhibition Building, the $50 million The Garden House development comprises 46 luxury apartments over five levels with three separate townhouses and ground floor retail and commercial tenancies.

Completed in late 2011 the project has been influenced by Carlton’s heritage and culture whilst still representing a classical contemporary nature.

Designed by award-winning architects Woods Bagot, the building was conceived as a collection of houses inspired by the scale of Carlton terraces and carefully crafted to avoid repetition.

The penthouse apartment interior designed by Piccolo Architecture, is the height of sophistication in the multi award winning development The Garden House.

Designed to maximise the potential for views over the Royal Exhibition Building and into The Carlton Gardens, the Penthouse is appointed to the highest standard with meticulous attention paid to detail.

With a private 3 car garage and separate lift The Penthouse also affords a rare sense of privacy
