The design and development of this 26-storey, 88-apartment residential tower moved Kann Finch to apply its urban planning, design and architectural acumen to consolidate the northern end of Kent Street as Sydney's foremost residential precinct.
Kann Finch again surpassed City of Sydney Council requirements for design excellence and as a result, this was one of the last residential developments with a Floor Space Ratio of 15.5:1 approved.
The premium design divided the building into a three-storey podium, a tower and a six-storey upper tier housing two-storey penthouse apartments.
