Swiss re now has a Sydney offcie, that speaks of an understanding of the value of design in generating work environments that transcend stereotypes.
Hassells have delivered a fitout which created space that is sympathetic with the employee defined nature of the office while being well detailed and subtle in presentation
The design uses a combination of colour and texture to efine zones and to encourage users of the space tobe inspired by the interiro experience while being swayed throughout by the dramatic vista presented externally.
The design dialogue for this project was underpinned by the Hassell maxim "individual solutions through collaboration" - so all Swiss Re employees were involved in the design review process
The key drivers defined were "production, teamwork, transperancy, friendliness and stimulation"
