The standard layout was discarded and the shell was rebuilt as an individual project for the client.
Walls were relocated, ceiling and floor levels were altered and services re-arranged. The design and installations of joinery became a key component of the apartment aesthetic- used to define and separate individual zones.
The apartment reflected the needs of a profesional couple with adult children.
