Sydney now has an internationally minded studio and production space, appropriately named Luxe Studios and Production.
LUXE is a state-of-the-art development providing high quality studio facilities for all types of photographic production, in addition to a variety of 'special event' applications.
Designed by Tina Engelen and conveniently located on Liverpool Street, East Sydney, this brand new multi-level structure feature superb quality finishes, and superior levels of comfort and functionality unmatched anywhere in Australia.
Leading photographer, hair and make-up agent Dolores Lavin says her multi-million-dollar "state-of-the-art photographic studios" will open in East Sydney next month.
Designed by the award-winning Tina Engelen, it will feature multiple studio spaces for all professional creative production from fashion and food to large-scale industrial. Luxe plans to raise the global benchmark with superb amenities, leading-edge production facilities and comfort on a scale never before seen in Australia.
“Having experienced studio facilities internationally, my goal was to create a professional environment in Sydney which exceeded even those in cities such as New York and London where the world’s top photographers regularly shoot”, said owner, Dolores Lavin.
In simplest terms, LUXE embraces the mantra of ‘attention to detail’ with an almost fervent dedication. The site of a former restaurant and warehouse, LUXE is a brand new construction which allowed Tina Engelen and CO-AP the luxury of realising a complete vision.
From front door to rear exit, and bottom floor to top, what is immediately evident is a quality of finish that is impeccable. An exquisite feature throughout are LUXE’s diamond polished concrete floors.
Extending the LUXE experience are settings of occasional furniture in each studio which provide production teams ‘in residence’ a stylish and considered level of comfort and function
