PROJECTS PHOTOGRAPHED BY SHARRIN REES

Redesigned by Australian architects Burley Katon Halliday, L'otel is one of Sydney's newest - and most chic - luxury boutique hotel. Located on the famous Darlinghurst cafe strip in the centre of gay Sydney, L'otel encompasses hotel, bar, restaurant and cafe, all bearing the distinctively modern BKH touch. Hip, ambient and intimate, L'otel offers genuine service and comfort and oozes a distinct sense of confidence. Individually created, the 16 guest rooms feature the finest fabrics and custom designed furniture imported from around the world. No expense has been spared on this Burley Katon Halliday refurbishment. L'otel's clean, refined interiors offer uncomplicated sophistication, sedate and sumptuous in a contemporary atmosphere.

For the business traveller, L'otel has up to the minute facilities to make your stay most productive. Each guest room contains direct dial phones, with dedicated facsimile, modem ports and voice mail.

For the ultimate culinary experience, guests need look no further than their front door. Located on the ground floor L'otel's café/restaurant presents breakfast, lunch and dinner daily while the Lime Bar offers drinks and light meals until late.
