The project brought together Lend Lease Corporate Solutions, DEGW and Bligh Voller Nield to map a consolidated strategy for the new entity's facilities in Sydney.
The initial project comprised the provision of a temporary solution to integrating the three separate companies into two existing offices at Rhodes and Lane Cove, feasibility studies for a new sales and marketing touchdown facility at North Sydney and the development of a new call centre at Rhodes. Research and interviews with working teams have tested opportunities to increase efficiency within the workplace by the adoption of new working methods.
The model of the new workplace will facilitate the development of a new culture by supporting new ways of working and high performance work processes.
