The penthouse was designed to take full advantage of correct orientation and natural cross-ventilation.

Internally the kitchen and bathrooms are designed as free-standing pods within the apartments thus allowing breezeways through the rooms.

Set back from the building boundaries provides deep wrap around balcony space around 3 sides of the residential structure.

The full height floor to ceiling glazing around all 3 open sides when opened completely provides seemless outdoor living.

The partially projecting roof overhang structure provides sun shading for the balcony spaces.

Clean, minimal Australian lifestyle.
