Beauty is not created by adding one more detail, it is conceived by removing the last.

The design of our collection represents a way of thinking that reduces each product to the essential components without compromise. Luminance and illumination are the primary goals. The luminaire, a detail that can reflect and integrate within architecture with the purest form that will enhance and add value to its environment, requires a deep understanding of the intrinsic nature and unified components of architectural styles. These components can be condensed into basic forms, which Kreon exploits within its products.

This approach to design requires that the details of an object are not merely decorative, but are key to the essence of the product as a whole. Kreon products, in their simplest forms, do not result in austere minimalism, but in architectural objects that communicate with space, regardless of style. The conceptual approach is based on integrating the lighting scheme into the building specifications. Our contribution to the lighting industry is the design and production of quality light fittings, in a three-dimensional sense. Light requires you to look at the function, not the ornament.

Kreon epitomises the language of form in present-day architecture, an architecture based on right angles and lines. Instead of basing its designs on the form of the lighting devices and the radius of the light they diffuse, Kreon is resolutely determined to choose architecture. Because Kreon bases its work on architectural design, it can enter into dialogue with architecture as an equal partner. Kreon appliances are not foreign elements, but merge with the architecture.

The product has a minimal presence and leaves it to light itself to steal the show. The forms are simple and austere. Kreon lighting appliances are sober and do not monopolise attention. There is a strong focus on quality control of products as well as on service towards our customers. On every level in the organisation, there is a strong drive towards guaranteeing an ever-growing quality. This can only be obtained by integrating all national and European quality standards, as far as the product standards ENEC 60,598 and CE are concerned and the ISO 9001-certificate. All existing products as well as all new developments will be ENEC certified in the near future. Needless to mention that all existing products comply with the CE regulations and other existing standards. ISO 9001 is the extended standard out of the ISO-9000 series and effects the total organisation of the company.
